Yes! We provide gluten-free options at Electric Ramen. Our gluten-free rice noodles are carefully stored in a separate area from our regular noodles and cooked using a dedicated pasta cooker and water. Additionally, all our broths and soy sauce are gluten-free, and we proudly use certified gluten-free soy sauce to ensure a delicious and safe dining experience for our gluten-sensitive customers

At Electric Ramen, we prioritize the safety of our guests with allergies. Our commitment to transparency and proactive measures ensures a secure dining experience:

Peanuts/Peanut Oil: The only presence of peanuts or peanut oil is in the smoked peanuts on the Rotisserie Chicken Ramen/Rice Bowls, and we can omit this upon request. We strictly adhere to proper cross-contamination protocols and storage practices.

Shellfish: Our only shellfish is shrimp, which is kept separate from other proteins and surfaces. We handle shrimp for the Hawaiian Shrimp separately, using disposable gloves to maintain a dedicated preparation process.

Gluten-Free Options: We offer gluten-free rice noodles, stored separately from regular noodles and cooked in a designated pasta cooker/water. All our broths and soy sauce are gluten-free, utilizing certified gluten-free soy sauce.
